Mac Pro long wear lip liner in morning coffee. Stays put for hours and stops lipstick bleeding. Morning coffee is a rosy pink/brown shade and goes well with many of my nude pink and brown/pink shades of lipstick. Love it at  £14.00 is great value. Many other shades available.

Mac Brow Pencil in Dirty Blonde. £12.50. â€‹

Sadly MAC don't sell this anymore. Its a fabulous natural beige brown colour that blends very well. Great for fair hair. Other new shades look very good though.

MAC Prep+Prime Transparent Finishing Powder Compact.

White powder in the pan but clear on the skin. Is a very fine powder and covers skin very well with a matte finish, great to use throughout the day as it does not build up at all or look cakey, which some powders can do. Great for mattifying the face. £19.50/6.3gm, good value

Not So Great.

Clinique Redness Solutions daily relief cream.

I have red patches on my face and thought this would make a great buy to reduce the redness. Sadly it never has. It is a nice ordinary moisturiser but i didn't buy it for just that purpose!  50ml/£37.00

Clinique All about eyes serum. £21.00/15ml

Comes in a long tube with a metal rollerball for application. Absolutely hate the way it feels on my eye once it dries. So drying with a horrible tightening feel. Nothing like all about eyes eye cream, which i love.

Clarins Serum super lift Eye contour serum.

Nice for moisturising the eye area but no other noticeable differences and no lifting effect at all. Not for me anyway. Not good value. £36.50/20ml

Estee Lauder Advanced Night Repair Eye.

Every time  i have used this,i have had puffed up eyes in the morning and it happens even when i use a tiny amount. Its a shame because it is a fantastic feeling serum with intense moisturisation. Probably great for mature or dry skin. £37.00/15ml

Elizabeth Arden Smooth Line Lip Pencil in Cinnamon. £16.00. The colour is good for dark red/ plum lip colours but sadly it smears very easily with no real staying power and it should have for that price.

Guerlain Meteorites Perles Light diffusing Perfecting Primer for the face.

I am not sure about this for a winter product. I don't recommend it on skin if you are prone to becoming shiny quickly, because i felt it added to that.In fact 30 minutes after putting it on and then applying my makeup, i looked really shiny, not a look i was aiming for. (Even though i had set my face with powder, i might add) I think this product may have a better effect on my skin in the winter because my skin is so much drier then. It is also difficult to dispense as it has a pump action mechanism and the suspended powder balls in the gel get ï»¿clogged up in the tube. Not designed well but looks and smells great in the bottle. £42.00/30ml. I would recommend this for drier skin types though.

This review is my opinion and may not reflect the opinions of others however;  i would appreciate your constructive feedback also :-). Prices are correct as of August 2012  â€‹
